TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

Public offer - a public offer of the Site Owner, sent to anyone who responds to conclude a Service Agreement with him on the terms contained in this Public Offer.

Acceptance - Acceptance is the response of the person to whom the offer is addressed regarding its acceptance. The acceptance must be complete and unconditional.

The owner of the Site is "TRAVEL CARS" LLC, a resident of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The owner of the site acts as an information intermediary between the "User" and the "Contractor".

Customer - an individual or legal entity who placed an order on the website https://travelcars.uz.

Contractor - accepting the order for execution.

SERVICE PROCEDURE AGREEMENT

This document is an official public offer of "TRAVEL CARS" LLC and contains all the essential conditions for the provision of services. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in case of acceptance of the conditions set out below and payment for services, the legal entity or individual who accepts the offer becomes the Customer.

GENERAL RULES

1.1 The public offer is an official document and is published on the website https://travelcars.uz. "Travel Cars" has the right to change the terms of this offer and additions to the offer without prior agreement with the Customers, while ensuring the publication of the amended terms on the website https://travelcars.uz at least one day before their entry into force.

1.2 "Travel Cars" has the right to unilaterally terminate the fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement in case of violation by the Customer of the terms of this Agreement.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

Obligations of "Travel Cars":

2.1 to ensure the confidentiality of the data transmitted to the Contractor, not to provide access to this information to third parties, except as otherwise provided by law.

2.2 provide the Customer with vehicles in accordance with the application submitted or completed by the Customer on the website: https://travelcars.uz.

2.3 accept the Order at least 3 hours before the start of the trip (order for a shorter amount of time is possible if there are free cars).

Obligations of the Customer:

3.1 pay for "Travel Cars" services according to the tariffs.

3.2 place an order at least 3 hours before the start of the trip (ordering for a shorter amount of time is possible if there are free cars).

The customer has the right:

4.1 pay for the Order in cash and by transfer in Uzbek soums, Click / Payme payment systems and international Visa / MasterCard cards.

4.2 cancel the Order at least 24 hours in advance.

The customer is prohibited from:

5.1 to drink alcohol, carry weapons, as well as explosive, flammable substances in vehicles. Small pets can be transported by prior arrangement with the "Travel Cars" manager.

LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

6.1 If the Order is canceled for a shorter period than specified in clause 4.2 (cancellation of the Order at least 24 hours in advance) of this Agreement, the Customer is charged the cost of the minimum order when traveling around the city and the cost of transfer when traveling from / to the airport.

6.2 If the Order is not completed due to the fault of the Customer, the order is considered completed and is paid according to the tariff.

6.3 "Travel Cars" is not responsible for things forgotten by a passenger in the car, information about forgotten things can be clarified by mail: info@travelcars.uz or by phone: +99893 596-92-20.

FORCE MAJEURE

7.1 The Parties are released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill their obligations under this Agreement if the failure was the result of force majeure circumstances that arose after the conclusion of the Agreement. These include: military actions, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, explosions, fires, floods, decisions and orders of the legislative and their executive bodies affecting the fulfillment of obligations.

7.2 If the Party referring to any of the force majeure circumstances does not report the occurrence of the force majeure circumstances within 3 (three) days, it cannot refer to them, unless this circumstance itself prevented the sending of such a message.

7.3 Temporary lack of communication with the servers where the site is located: https://travelcars.uz is recognized as a force majeure event, but is not a reason for non-fulfillment of its obligations "Travel Cars" for Orders accepted before the period of lack of communication.

OTHER CONDITIONS

8.1 In case of any claims, the Parties will resolve them through negotiations. If it is not possible to resolve the dispute in a complaint procedure, they are subject to consideration in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

8.2 "Travel Cars" fulfills its obligations under this Agreement personally and, if necessary, has the right to engage third parties to fulfill the terms of this Agreement.
